A great way to create a biophilic environment is to foster an indoor-outdoor connection. This can be achieved in many ways including: 1. Using natural materials such as wood, stone, bamboo, and a lot of greenery. This could be live plants or even creating a live green wall in your space. 2. When selecting furniture, choose materials that enhance lines or patterns seen in nature. 3. Color is a great way to create a connection to nature. The natural world offers many colors so you can be creative when choosing what vibe you want to create. Keeping vertical lines straight in interior and architecture photography is crucial for maintaining a natural and undistorted perspective. Straight vertical lines contribute to a sense of stability and realism in the image, preventing visual distractions and distortion that could make the scene appear skewed or unnatural. This attention to vertical alignment enhances the overall quality and professionalism of the photograph.

The only raw material of photography is light – although I guess that perhaps I have already stated this before. The facade of the Green Business District building in Barcelona's 22@ district is dressed in hundreds of gray ceramic pieces with a vertical texture, some of which were rotated to create an elegant visual rhythm throughout the large vertical surface that faces the street. Correctly depicting that subtle but obvious movement of the pieces and its impact on the presence of the building was of a paramount importance and I could only do it in one way to represent it with my camera. This is a matter of patience, actually: the only and simplest way to do this is to wait for the sun to carefully cast the precise shadows that draw the relief of the tiles that thus create the sensation of movement that we are looking for. It's as simple as that but these shadows do last very little, a few minutes: before time they are very short and afterwards they are too long. Just sunlight, a compass and a watch, nothing else is needed. #photography #architecture #architecturalphotography Blanch + Conca Arquitectura Glenwell Group CBRE Investment Management
