It is a virtual, community-driven, peer learning platform centred around Feminist Leadership. In this space civil society practitioners can share and access resources, exchange experiences and ideas, and connect with peers in their region or working on similar topics. With this partnership, we aim to strenghten the capacity and sustainability of our grantee partners. ❓Why did we chose the Feminist Leadership Hub❓ ✔️Feminist leadership encompasses the whole spectrum of organisational development. ✔️Feminist leadership promotes more collaborative and caring work environment, aligned with our values. ✔️The platform is a self-led space, where everyone can contribute and learn equally. ✔️It facilitates building connections and networks with other civil society across Europe and the world. ✔️ FAIR SHARE of Women Leaders and One Future Collective have extensive experience in feminist leadership We are piloting this partnership for an initial year. By offering guidance, sharing experiences, and serving as role models, mentors can help shape the trajectory of a young person's life, instilling in them the belief that their voice matters and that they are capable of effecting meaningful change.   Supportive communities play a crucial role in empowering aspiring leaders. By creating spaces where young women feel valued, heard, and supported, we can cultivate a sense of belonging and inspire them to pursue their passions with courage and conviction.   Encouragement is key to unlocking the boundless potential within every young woman. I think that in addition to developing the talents and skills of women leaders, mentoring, sponsorship and creating a strong network are of critical importance. Additionally, women leaders should be supported with training and continuous development to increase their success and potential.
