We are text communication experts - this is all we do, so hence I have signed up for both team's political texts. I know, I'm weird and a masochist and a total nerd. Here are some observations and some advice for both teams. 1. Trump's crowd does not follow ANY of the best practices of the industry. I have literally gotten texts from his group that have been sent to me at 12 midnite and at 7:15 am. FOWL. Trump's texts are literally always selling me a hat. It could be gold, black, signed etc. -but it's always selling me something. Tacky. Tell me why I should vote for you! Oh and do NOT send 7 texts in one day. Not if you are trying to get my support. 2. Kamala's crowd is at least following best practices, but her texts are literally asking for the same $54 every time. People will tune you out, girl. Shake it up a bit and dribble out info about WHY someone should vote for you, rather than always asking for financial support. My interview on the lastest judgement of Supreme Court of Pakistan held in Ibrahim Khan v Saima Khan that the courts cannot pass the decree of khula without a woman’s consent. The recent post by Sakshi Agrawal, suggesting that “Judges do not pass orders without taking bribes,” is not only a reckless generalization but also an irresponsible statement that undermines the integrity of the judiciary. While freedom of speech is a fundamental right, it must be exercised with caution, respect, and a sense of responsibility, particularly when making allegations against an institution as vital as the judiciary. Such sweeping remarks tarnish the reputation of all judicial officers, the majority of whom work diligently and ethically to uphold justice. If there are specific instances of misconduct, they should be reported through appropriate legal channels with substantial evidence. Casting aspersions on the judiciary without proof not only erodes public confidence but also risks inviting legal action, as seen in the contempt charges imposed in this instance. Sakshi Agrawal is urged to exercise greater discretion in her posts and avoid making unverified or generalized statements about judges. Any grievances should be addressed through formal complaints rather than public allegations that lack specificity or evidence. Respect for the rule of law is a cornerstone of democracy, and carelessness in public discourse does more harm than good.
