Everything is called AI agent now. That's wrong. The topic of AI agents got blurred a little this past weeks with all the companies selling you "simple" RAG chatbots as some AI agents. "But what do you mean, aren't that agents when they do customer service?" It depends. An AI agents as frameworks like AutoGen or Crew AI tried to establish, is some AI based system, that works on a given task buy figuring things out by itself. So you don't give an agent a task like "create this appointment in my calendar", but instead you hand over your goal of a managed calendar and the agent does anything necessary to accomplish this goal. #Data > #Ai
