After a bunch of trail & errors, we're live with Job Board for Tech Recruiters.
We ran this as an experiment earlier to understand the expectations from those who post jobs to hire Recruiters & the ones who apply.
For Tech Recruiters :
- You apply for a Job & take an assessment once.
- Your profile gets automatically mapped to all future jobs if it matches to your persona (Exp, CTC, Location etc..)
For Companies :
- No more being bombarded with hundred of applications.
- Look at candidates based on their scores
- We'll run campaigns on job boards/LinkedIn for you & get candidates to apply for tech recruiter jobs of yours.
Lastly, Yaswanth Lohar Veeravalli is going to head this Jobs for Recruiters division. This is a role upgradation for Yaswanth, he is been the go-to person for all operational tasks at RecruitingMonk.
Now Yaswant has more responsibility and he is tasked to help companies and job seekers (Tech recruiters). Congrats buddy, hope you'd make things big & help the Recruiting community by bringing tech recruiter jobs on one platform and help companies save time by not having to run through hundreds of resumes.
We will look to add atleast 5 new tech recruiter jobs a week & get atleast 500 Recruiters apply every week.
Would need an extended support from the community to help us scale this and create an impact. And yes, this job + assessment is FREE.
