Just saw Devin's video, and I'm really impressed! Devin is the first AI software engineer you interact with via a chatbot. It has its own browser, code editor, and terminal. It can build software and debug on its own. And he's available for hire on the maker's website! Devin was created by Cognition Labs, a US startup that raised $21 million in a Series A round led by Founders Fund. In the past day, according to Google Trends, searches for Devin quadrupled, and justifiably so! I'll put a link to the video in the comments 👇

Smart! Rather than trying to compete in a crowded marketplace of companies building AI to generate code (and doing a questionable job), Greptile is building an AI that understands the entire context of your codebase. You can then build tools with its API to do really cool things like: - review pull requests - update documentation - auto complete pull requests, etc. Check out their website for some cool examples. The company says Greptile can used via the cloud, or be hosted 100% on your AWS in an air-gapped VPC. Congrats to Daksh Gupta, Soohoon C., and Vaishant Kameswaran!
