[ Celebrating Successes and Achievements with flowers 💐 ] Flowers are an ideal way to celebrate the successes and achievements of the company. Whether it's to mark a significant signed contract, a promotion, or the attainment of business goals, offering flowers makes these moments memorable. It's a way to show that you are proud of your team's accomplishments and that you want to congratulate them in a special and meaningful manner. ➡️ Next : Why is it important to consider the well-being of employees, even outside of the workplace?

This tip may seem simple, but so many companies miss it. Be a workplace that celebrates your wins!... When your company gains a new client, launches a successful project, or meets a quarterly goal, take the time to acknowledge and celebrate it. A huge party is great - but isn’t necessary. Your celebration could be as simple as a congratulatory email, a verbal shout-out, or a “wine and cheese, o-clock.” When you celebrate successes, it instills the value of those successes in your team members. There are so many workplaces that try to find people doing things wrong. Be the workplace that finds people doing things right. Why? Because you always get more of what you focus on.

Senior Independent Director Watches of Switzerland, NED SD Worx, Chair WiHTL, Diversity in Retail and inclusion in
Guilty as charged. I find myself consciously or unconsciously trying to win some of these non-existent awards. Yes sometimes I am conscious of what I am doing, but can’t stop myself. The ‘never said no’ non-existent award resonates in particular with me, and ‘the worked longest’, and ‘the rested least’, and … Which one resonates with you? Fire The CEO! For the second successive year MullenLowe employees will be given a chance to fire questions at the CEO on any matter of interest, concern, happiness or frustration. It's an open forum done in a spirit of staff inclusion and engagement. A Shy Box is also placed for the shy Mullenlowites to post their questions. Staff participation such as these helps the senior management team to understand employees and respond to them better. This transparency enables us to give our clients and brands the best attention they deserve through motivated teams. It’s a way of making the work experience wholly fulfilling. MullenLowe - we are always trying hard to be better at what we do.

What a fabulous four week's over at Wimbledon Blacks. The team have been tremendously supportive with my goals and direction for the store. With the team, we set just to simple targets. Everyone agreed, everyone got involved and everyone showed pure determination to achieve. We focused on our service model, leading with focused team briefs to help plan our days, and effectively promote successes between one another, whilst keeping in mind inclusion of all, using a a positive and competitive dialogue that helped engage all those involved. From 4.7 to 4.8, in just four weeks with a 4.9 trustpilot rating just round the corner I am sure... But the biggest achievement for Wimbledons determined team was that they managed to hit q2 target. This was significant as they had only 4 weeks to achieve a target that usually takes 3 months. Extremely proud of the team, and it's a great example that putting your team first, being there for them, listening, empowering and making sure it's kept fun, everyone's involved and most importantly empathy done respectfully will always create a winning team. This has reinforced my belief around understanding the current work culture, then creating the right culture, but build the right culture with your team. The best teams are all included!!!! Proud Wimbledon Blacks store. Great Job guys and girls!!! #Blacks #wearejdoutdoors #millets #gooutdoors #teamsuccess #inclusion #determination #goalsetting

As promised - Here are my top five ads that have done an excellent job representing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) : 1. Procter & Gamble's "The Talk" (https://lnkd.in/gSNwVEZc) This ad explores the conversations Black parents have with their children about racial prejudice and how to navigate it. By bringing these intimate moments to light, the ad promotes awareness and understanding of the lived experiences of Black families. 2. Nike's "Equality" Campaign (https://lnkd.in/gD__SPyM) - they did get it right so far and I know currently it could be a controversial choice... but hey I loved working on this brand so ... Nike's campaign showcases a diverse range of athletes and promotes the idea that everyone should be treated equally, both on and off the field. With strong imagery and a powerful message, the campaign emphasizes that everyone, regardless of race or gender, has the right to equal treatment and respect. 3. Pantene's "My Hair Won't Be Silenced" (https://lnkd.in/grRRU_kw) This Pantene ad celebrates Black hair and challenges stereotypes and discrimination that people with natural hair often face. By focusing on the beauty and versatility of Black hair, the ad promotes inclusion and encourages individuals to embrace their unique styles. 4. Gillette's "The Best Men Can Be" (https://lnkd.in/gp-kw7Nm) This Gillette ad tackles toxic masculinity and advocates for positive male role models. It represents diverse experiences of men and calls for them to hold each other accountable, promoting healthier attitudes towards masculinity and addressing issues like bullying, sexism, and harassment. 5. Coca-Cola's "Together is Beautiful" ( https://lnkd.in/gFDuRJXG) - such a different way to say it yet not make it ridiculous! Coca-Cola's ad celebrates diversity by showing people from various backgrounds and cultures coming together. It reflects a positive message of inclusion, demonstrating that unity and respect for diversity make the world a better place. These ads demonstrate a commitment to DEI by addressing real issues, celebrating diversity, and promoting equity and inclusion. They serve as excellent examples of how advertising can play a role in advancing social change and fostering a more inclusive society. What are your favorites! Keep 'em coming! #DEI
