Yeast beta glucan is a polysaccharide present in yeast cell walls that enhances immunity-- beta-Glucan. Yeast beta glucan is a polymer polysaccharide with beta-1.3-D-glucan as the main chain and beta-1,6-D-glucan as the branched chain. It’s CAS number is 9012-72-0. Tessin ® yeast beta glucan is modified using biological methods. Use beta-1,3-glucose endonuclease to reduce its degree of polymerization to obtain fully dissolved glucan. The content is 70%, 80% and 90%.
