🌟 How to reduce Employee Turnover with HR Analytics? 🌟 In my previous role at AIESEC,Germany, we faced a significant challenge with high employee turnover, particularly among our customer service team. We decided to leverage HR analytics to understand and address the root causes. 🔍 Approach: Data Collection: We gathered data from exit interviews, employee surveys, performance reviews, and attendance records. Analysis: Using predictive analytics, we identified key predictors of turnover, such as lack of career advancement opportunities and job satisfaction levels. Action Plan: Based on our findings, we implemented targeted initiatives including enhanced career development programs, employee recognition schemes, and more flexible work schedules. 📈 Results: 20% Reduction in Turnover: Within six months, our targeted interventions led to a 20% reduction in turnover rates. Improved Employee Engagement: Our engagement scores improved by 15%, reflecting increased satisfaction and morale.
