So proud that Cargill announced today that we are accelerating our commitment to eliminate deforestation and land conversion in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. It’s a bit cliched to call #sustainability a #TeamSport… but it’s a cliché because it's true! This new commitment includes a stronger partnership with the World Resources Institute around geospatial landscape mapping and traceability which will help enable this important transition.  

While it's commendable to set ambitious goals, the urgency of climate action necessitates immediate steps. Transparency and accountability in deforestation practices are non-negotiable. It's imperative to shift from future pledges to present action. #ClimateAction #Deforestation

The ocean is not just a breathtaking sight, it's the backbone of our existence. It's what makes Earth unique and provides life as we know it. As we become more aware of the importance of preserving our planet, let's recommit to speaking up for our oceans. Together, we can make a difference and ensure a better future for our planet. In 2014, Sylvia Earle called for action in her TED TALK, and little by little, actions have been taken, particularly during the Ocean Decade. However, SDG Goal 14 remains under-financed, and ocean awareness is still lacking.
