Blink, and you miss it! It's already two whirlwind years since Mark Sloane, our paragon of organisation, commandeered the helm of our operations. Mark's role can best be defined as... ... an elegant dance between silky smooth processes and steadfast robustness. "What do you treasure most about your journey so far, Mark?" we prodded. Here, in his words, are the top three cherries on this delightful cake: 1. Having the opportunity to work with former colleagues from previous roles and the new relationships that I have established 2. The autonomy of the role and the freedom afforded to align the operations function with the requirements of the business. 3. I should really say meeting our commercial director, Daniel Hague, but that goes without saying! So the final highlight would be witnessing the development of the company in what has been a relatively short period of time. Without going into too much detail: the evolution of our proposition, the growth of our client base and the development of the teams. Thank you, Mark! #clearcycler #staffappreciation #employeeappreciation
