Helping people live a better life by providing stable homes. Working with supported living providers to create better outcomes, and building good investment returns with a positive social impact at the same time.
If you don’t follow Adam G Lawrence and you like to keep up with what is happening in the economy with the bias towards property investment this is another person to add to your arsenal. Keeping ahead of what is going on in the economy is a must have skill to have in your back pocket when making decisions in your investing. I inform myself from a variety of companies and individuals to enable me to get a few different views but over time I have found ones that I find easy to understand ( my ‘O’ Level Economics can only help to a certain extent!) because it can be mind boggling at times. My favourites are Adam, Rob Dix and Rob Bence at Property Hub for keeping it simple And for the bigger picture Ray Dalio If you have other recommendations I would love to hear them. #economics #propertyinvestment #raydalio #economicsoverview #propertyhub #propertyinvesting #economicforecasting #propertyeconomics
Today is a prelude to tomorrow. 5000+ words coming your way once again. Hit the 1000 subscribers to the channel this week too, to which I'm grateful! Enjoy....

Why Do We Give Flowers When Congratulating? A friend asked me this recently, and it made me think. My reply to them was simple: it’s a way of saying, “Keep doing things that make us congratulate you more because it’s never enough.” Flowers might fade, but the sentiment behind them doesn’t. It’s not just about celebrating a moment; it’s about encouraging someone to keep growing, keep achieving, and keep making us proud. Success isn’t a one-time thing—it’s a journey. And sometimes, a bouquet is our way of saying, "We can’t wait to celebrate the next step with you." What do you think? Why do we still give flowers despite their temporary nature? #WhyWeGiveFlowers #CelebrationSymbols #Encouragement #GrowthAndSuccess #NeverEnough #CelebrateTheJourney #SymbolismInLife #ThoughtfulGifts
