You should not be afraid of hiring people who are smarter. So Steve Jobs, as a wise words, it doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do. We hire smart people to tell us what to do, right? I really strongly believe in that. We want to empower them, like give them the opportunity to shape decisions rather than dictating the tests to them. I think the AI tenant is like any other talent and the building meaningful relationship. Is the key for wanna retain them. But we need to take time to connect with them at the personal level, understand that their aspirations, their goals, what's important to them, and they really take time to take care of them, to take action to make things happen for them. So they know we care and that they are valued as individuals, not just a number in the organization.
