Liverpool City Council is looking for a talented Business Analyst to help us improve the experience we offer our customers and make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. This is an exciting 18-month fixed-term opportunity to lead on transformational projects as part of our Customer Experience Improvement Plan 2024–2028. Your expertise in designing seamless, end-to-end customer journeys will help us deliver quality, cost-efficient services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop “as is” customer journey maps, understanding full end-to-end processes. • Analyse and evaluate data to generate actionable insights. • Work collaboratively to design and implement “to be” customer journeys. • Prepare and deliver reports, insights, and presentations on customer journeys. • Ensure alignment and consistency across customer journey mapping efforts.
