What you’ll do: ◾ Assess applications within your competency banding under the Building Safety Regulators Competency Framework, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and legislation. ◾ Maintain accurate computer-based records, adhering to process maps, policies, and ISO Quality Assurance standards. ◾ Provide expert technical advice and oversee building works on-site. ◾ Inspect dangerous structures and take enforcement action when required to secure public safety. ◾ Support the development and maintenance of a quality data management system compliant with BS EN ISO 27001:2005 accreditation.
