The hunt for false good ideas: where should we start ? 🏭 When we think about plastic pollution, many ideas come to mind, some good, some not-so-effective. It can be difficult to understand the challenges with each option. Remember the #5R rule: Refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle and rot. ➡ Here is the key takeaway: Focus on reduction first. By refusing or eliminating plastic, you cut off the production chain at its source. This is the most impactful way to reduce plastic use and, therefore, reduce impact on the environment. Once you have tackled reduction, questioned the necessity of certain products, and shifted your habits, you can explore alternatives. Recycling and depollution come into play after a product has lived its full life cycle, so let’s focus on solutions before plastic becomes #waste. #sustainability #PlasticPollution #Breakfreefromplastic #plasticindustry

Recycler of segregated rigid plastic waste. 100% of accepted plastic is processed by us for future plastic manufacturing
Purging or art? You decide! We toll purgings for many of our partners. This way they save money by reusing their own scrap material whilst simultaneously reducing waste disposal costs. The added benefit is that they know, exactly, the specification of the plastic. True circularity in action. See folks, it really can be that simple! #circulareconomy #wastereduction #injectionmoulding #tollgranulation
