Stock levels for sale and rent are low, and with more people migrating we can expect that to continue for now. Is there "seasonality" to the real estate market in the Bay Area? We recently wrote an article for Berkeleyside sharing our thoughts on what's in store this upcoming season in the market. For those who have lived in a place with humid summers and snowy winters, the real estate market likely started in spring when yards began to bloom.
