A planning tool based on SCAN. This is a completely unofficial tool based on Tom Graves SCAN tool mixed with some Industrial Design. The basic idea is its like a GANTT chart but with levels of uncertainty. The coloured tabs would be post-it notes with project categories, placed in specific places on the chart. Happy Friday construction friends! Does this require an RFI, or could one just understand the misprint and move on? The main question here is whether or not we have removed all common sense from building? Following the remainder of the instructions makes the 4x a clear misprint, but often we feel the need to CYA if, in fact, four widgets should have been installed.
