I find it very interesting on how hoyoverse handling the payment for their games. As I have experienced it myself, the payment in this game is so fast and reliable, with the lead time between the payment, verification, until goods delivered only takes seconds. I'm also curious on how the company managed the transaction across the payment platforms, knowing how big the playerbase is and how some banners managed to get astronomical numbers of sales. I hope we will get the some insights on the matter in the near future

Sharing a few thoughts as I wrap up my first quarter with Verkada. > As a venture capitalist or as a tech employee, find companies innovating antiquated industries that are ripe for disruption. > Find companies with massive TAM and platform plays that can serve a diverse set of verticals, personas, use cases and customer types. > On the platform note, it's a lot of fun selling a multi-product offering. Discovery is more intriguing, entry points can be done with a specific product type and customers get more value from multiple products. > Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone (e.g. an industry that you're familiar with). I've always been a fan of building agnostic skills that can be applied in a variety of settings. > I'm using the same prospecting strategy, process and tooling that I used at Pluralsight, Christopher Sanders 👋. Build good habits that apply to any role. > Coming from a pure software sales role, combining hardware and software is really interesting. > I am loving the tangibility of Verkada. A lot happens in a year. In the time since I've joined Synthesia we have grown the Rev Ops team from Four to Nine and more to come! (we are still hiring so come look in the links below) I have felt more challenged, more engaged and more involved than at any stage in the past and I know we have something very special here. Retrospectives are important and so I have tried to review what it is that I have achieved in my first year. So here are just some of the things I think I have helped with in that time. ✅ Mapped initial Customer Journey ✅ Help launched an outbound Motion ✅ Improved Lead routing and pick up ✅ Reduced Pick Up time and lead conversions ✅ Help Define the MQL Criteria to improve Lead Quality ✅ Replaced Sales Engagement tools ✅ Increased Data coverage with Apollo ✅ Introduced SDR lead Webinars to increase conversions and SDR growth Obviously this is not a lone job or achievements so thanks to Antony, Jakob, Borys & David (my two joining Buddies) Nikola, Miguel, Nadia, Charlotte, Eilidh and the whole Rev Ops, SDR and Marketing Teams for making this such a great year. Genuinely the best collective teams I've worked with. There are also a lot of things I haven't done yet which I wish I had done and so Im hoping to progress through these things and grow out our Sales Dev and Marketing Operations much further in the coming year to match the incredible pace that our product team have. 4moSir hum log kya samjhe why firing,we r busy in upgrading ourself as per time demands.but companies want 1000 percent benefit without noticing employees hardwork they even forget these employees have a family whose basic need is also there .we employees even can't think of bigger project in our life like car ,a big house nothing According to edtech companies we don't deserve all this and we also don't deserve tension free life.
