This short video is a masterclass on how to create a "why to attend our event" video. Testimonials (happy attendees). Legitimate FOMO. Notice how it didn't promote any of the keynotes or any of the sessions? It featured past attendees. The people you WANT to meet at events. The trustworthiness of a video like this (I believe the kool kids call it User-Generated Content (UGC)) is about as good as it gets. And I'd bet if you ran one for your event, it would sell more tickets than a big-name celebrity speaker. In 2025 and beyond, nobody's going to care that much about the big celebrity speaker, the venue, or any of the stuff that surrounds events. Attendees want to know: - Am I going to meet the right people at this event? - Do the planners care about the experience I'm going to have? - Are people I know going to this event? Take notes, event pros. The future belongs to brands that organize events that people actually want to attend.
