CHARLTON ATHLETIC, CHANCERY LANE AND (DARE I SAY IT) … CHRISTMAS?! Today is my one year anniversary of joining Greenwoods Legal LLP (happy anniversary to me 🎉) so what better time to reintroduce myself? Five things you may not already know about me: - 🎵 When I was 19, I was nearly in a Jay-Z video (and I have not let it go to this day). - ⚽️ I am a long-suffering Charlton Athletic supporter and I live close to the stadium (I’m more of an armchair supporter now though). On a good day I can hear the crowd when we score a goal (so it’s mostly bad days). - 🎥 The film I have seen the most in my life is Die Hard (*the greatest Christmas film ever made). - 🧳 I went from being on my honeymoon in Lake Como to joining Greenwoods in the space of 24 hours (credit goes to my wife Caragh for the photo). - 🏃 I completed the 2017 London Marathon. In professional terms, I have worked in the Chancery Lane area of London for the majority of my legal career; a great location where you can really feel the sense of historic legal London walking through Lincoln’s Inn Fields. As part of the Real Estate team at Greenwoods, I advise clients on a range of commercial property matters covering everything from landlord and tenant issues to property acquisitions and investment strategies.
