Longwood Gardens’ Post

The spirit of community is filling our Ballroom with heartwarming handmade happiness this Christmas. Our Community Trees are decorated with ornaments crafted by talented creators— from children to seasoned artists—representing seven local arts organizations. “These trees highlight the beauty of collaboration and creativity,” says Project Leader Olivia Fow. “We’re so proud to feature the work of these incredible local arts organizations and bring the community together in celebration of the season.” Come celebrate the joyful intersection of art, community, and holiday wonder with a stroll through our Ballroom, and be sure to take a moment to appreciate the artful details of each of our thoughtfully decorated trees. Don’t miss the daily live performances by one of our talented in-house organists in our Ballroom from 5:00–8:00 pm. The melodies of the season fill the air, adding a magical soundtrack to your visit. We hope our Ballroom display inspires your creative spirit this holiday season.
