We may focus on our niche specialty in our active career or business to create our earned income, but for our passive investments, we manage over exposure to any one thing. That's where our fund was born. As a group, we each specialize in particular asset classes and types of deal structures so that we can offer a truly diversified real estate fund for you to pick and choose deals from. Adam Jason stretched my thinking even more in our recent podcast interview about how real estate investors are looking for sound fundamentals in other industries as well. He owns the largest coffee growing company in Colombia, and his story of how he did that is fascinating!
