This recipe is not only hearty and delicious, but it's also versatile enough to complement your favorite steak, chicken, or even topped with a poached egg for added flair! Thanks to @saltandbaker on Instagram for the amazing recipe! 🍸✨ As promised, this mocktail is vibrant, a breeze to make and store, and so delicious, that it'll have everyone in your party asking for seconds. 💕 Ingredients : 1- Simple Syrup 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 - Lemonade 1/2 cup lemon juice - freshly squeezed, about 3-4 lemons + 1 1/2 cups cold water . 3 - 3 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup - recommended is Torani brand. 4 - Ice - as needed. 5- Fresh mint - for garnish. How to: Simple Syrup Place water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stir frequently until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat. Making the Blue Raspberry Lemonade: Combine the lemon juice and simple syrup in a small pitcher. Add the cold water and flavored syrup and ice. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust quantity of water added if needed, so not to make it too diluted. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Enjoy cold. Try it and let us know! It's a unique challenge and joy to try making dishes inspired by other countries for the very first time: This was my first attempt at making steamed rice noodle rolls (Cheung Fun, 腸粉), with an Asian-Inspired Dipping Sauce. Here is a quick approach on how to make this dish (I am no expert here!): You can find many simple recipes online. Mix water with rice flour, tapioca starch, a bit of corn starch, some sunflower seed oil, along with a pinch of sugar and salt. Add some additional water or rice flour until you arrive at your desired pancake-batter consistency. Pour a spoonful of the rice noodle batter into the well-oiled bottom section of a springform pan with a slightly-rasied edge, and place the bottom oiled pan section with the batter in a bamboo steamer for roughly 4 minutes. Remove the pan and rice noodle cake from the steamer once cooked. Carefully separate the steamed rice noodle sheet from the oiled metal pan, and roll the noodle sheet tightly together. Cut the rice noodle roll into sections, and serve with a dipping sauce consisting of: Fresh Lime Juice Soy sauce White granulated sugar Oyster Sauce Sesame Oil Togarashi spice blend Fresh cilantro leaves Or make the sauce however you like, this is just a fun suggestion--enjoy!

Let us know what you think in the comments. 😍 🍅🍊 Tomato and Orange Soup 🍅🍊 Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped 4 cups vegetable broth 1 cup fresh orange juice Zest of 1 orange Salt and pepper to taste Fresh basil or parsley for garnish Method: 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. 2. Add the chopped carrot and tomatoes to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. 4. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Alternatively, let the soup cool slightly and blend it in batches in a blender. 5. Stir in the fresh orange juice and orange zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together. 6. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish. Notes: Garnish with a drizzle of cream, some fresh basil or parsley, seed, nuts or a combination of these. For a fuller flavour, try roasting your tomatoes before you add them in step 2. Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Put tomatoes on a large baking tray, scatter thyme & garlic, drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil.
