Hi, who do we contact for complaints please? I mean a real email, a real person not app nor a team based in India who has no sense for a customer requirement or rush to deal with something, i have tried all but failed to find any resolution, escalated 3 times yet no response,
its actually very very frustrating

I’ve always traveled to company retreats with Argentinian sweets. It’s been a great way to kick off conversations about my country—and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a taste of Dulce de Leche?
This year, at MailerLite's Workation, I decided to take this idea a step further. With a team spread across 45+ countries, I thought: why not have everyone bring a local snack to share?
The result was magical. We didn’t just taste the flavors of different regions of the world; we created a space that sparked conversations, cultural exchanges, and great ideas. The snack table became a natural gathering point where we shared more than just food—we shared our stories, traditions, and a piece of our identities.
It was heartwarming to see colleagues continuously gathering throughout the days, proudly presenting a piece of home and engaging in lively discussions about their cultures. This simple act of sharing turned into an invaluable bonding experience that transcended borders and celebrated the uniqueness of our team.
To me, this is what Workations are all about— Bringing a piece of yourself to the table and going back home with a piece of everyone else. An exchange that guarantees to grow stronger and better than before.

It was taken at our last Yotilla team meeting in Palma de Mallorca and shows part of the team having a lively discussion during a short walk in Palma during the lunch break.
At that moment, I realized once again that leaving one’s comfort zone results always in new perspectives and encourages creativity.
This is one reason why we love to meet up with the team at new locations. The great thing is that our colleagues are from many different places: Barcelona, Bilbao, Mallorca, Cologne, Nuremberg, to name just a few. So of course it makes sense to meet up there: It’s always a change of routine for both the team and the host. These creative moments make teamwork so valuable and are essential for working on Yotilla’s #Nocode#DataWarehouse vision.

Ever wondered what it takes to pull off an international sporting extravaganza?
Eight years ago, I embarked on an unforgettable journey as the executive producer of an international sporting event that gathered athletes from the United States and Japan in the Philippines for a weekend of all-star ultimate frisbee showcase games. This project transcended mere tournament status; it etched itself as a milestone within the sports history.
The process entailed orchestrating a diverse ensemble, ranging from athletes and coaches to national governing bodies, sponsors, and media production teams. It was a collaborative effort that necessitated the collective expertise of an entire village, meticulously woven together within a year of preparation. As you can imagine, coordinating the participation and cooperation of so many stakeholders demanded a complex and delicate approach. As the executive producer, my lines of communication buzzed incessantly—phone and email alike—24/7 for months on end.
Allow me to offer a glimpse into the pivotal elements that shaped this monumental event:
- Crafting a comprehensive plan to execute an international sporting extravaganza involving at least 50 individuals spanning three different countries.
- Establishing multiple channels of communication to seamlessly interconnect various departments.
- Developing a concept that seamlessly blended entertainment with realism.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to procure support for every facet of the venture, spanning flights, accommodations, catering, venue arrangements, permits, media production, and live streaming.
This endeavor stands tall as the most ambitious and complex project of my career. Yet, with challenge comes reward. Along this exhilarating journey, invaluable lessons were learned, and enduring relationships were forged—a testament to the transformative power of collaborative effort.
