Noticing these improvements can be incredibly motivating and help me identify areas where I can continue to develop and refine my craft. Tracking progress as a graphic designer is crucial for identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. It's with a bit of sadness that we learned the 36 days of type challenge won't happen this year. I participated for 3 years in a row, and while challenging to follow (particularly if you don't work within a specific frame) it's always been great fun and the result of so much learning (while under pressure!). But as I understand it, Instagram playing its own game again, with last's year's suspension of their account & the way the algorithm work (or don't, honestly!) it seems like a difficult but necessary decision. https://lnkd.in/gSuXRmRx In the meantime, I think it's fair to say that people have prepared for this since last year's edition ended and I can't see why they couldn't share the same way, but without the same #hashtag, prizes, and the anticipation of a reshare from the team. ✊ WE JUST NEED TO INVENT ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE HASHTAG for this year! ( I propose #not36daysoftype but feel free to add more in the comments). 💖 So in the next weeks, I will showcase examples of typography I like, around a different theme each time. 🎨🌱 Reflecting on Day 33 as a graphic designer, navigating the delicate dance between creativity and self-doubt. 🤔💼 Today, Not feeling good but yehh come-on Life is all about Ups and downs right!!! 🍃 I find myself pondering the ever-present specter of self-doubt. 🍃 Balancing a fulfilling personal life with the demands of my profession. 🍃 I'm reminded that even amidst success, doubts can linger. Despite the accolades and accomplishments, there are moments when I question my abilities and second-guess my decisions. It's a humbling reminder that growth often comes hand in hand with moments of uncertainty. 🍃 As I navigate the highs and lows of this creative rollercoaster. 🍃 I'm reminded that self-doubt is simply a part of the process. 🍃 Embracing it, rather than fearing it, is what ultimately leads to growth and innovation. The three avatar icons standing shoulder to shoulder shows the spirit of collaboration and unity. Each avatar uniquely signifies distinct career and creative disciplines, showing the abundance of skills and talents woven into the fabric of the community. We brought those avatars together to underscore the unity that arises from diversity. Knitting these avatars closely communicates a strong sense of connection and solidarity. It goes on to show that in the community, differences are not walls but bridges. Our color choice; carrot orange plays a crucial role in covering the essence of D CREATIVES CABAL.
