I redirected with treats in which she took but once leashed she began to focus on the other dog and pull heavily towards them. Noticed that Melinda would hold raised hackles and very forward body as she would fixate and circle around me when walking to the runs as well as on the way back. I would toss over treats due to her vocalizing a lot in kennel which would keep her busy for a few minutes but would also drag in her kennel cover.
