Please read this and REPOST everywhere! There are so many innocent healthy amazing dogs being killed every day for no good reason. It is only due to subhuman abandonment and neglect of these furbabies. It is so heartbreaking. It is a huge crisis and so many are murdered every day. Keep your pet love and take care of them. They would unconditionally be by your side giving you love and support in tough times don't you owe them at least the same in return. I'll never understand how people can do this to thier loyal companions. Something is truly wrong with humanity. Adoption is for life human and animal alike. Would you abandon your child when times are tough.... unfortunately some of them may abandon you someday but your furbaby never will and will always be by your side no matter what. Think about that!

Very eloquently written. Deeply heartbreaking. I feel guilty because I am not 100% working on animal advocacy. My recent illness that morphed into a week of hospitalization has emptied me. Yet late at night, I repost; crying for the precious souls who were already killed and all the magnificent dogs and cats tagged on a kill list. The "Dear Everyone" is heartbreakingly factual. I know this crisis infects the State of Texas. I read that it is also true for California. The local SPCA just transported a plane full of at risk felines to the Boston area. Are there pockets of the country that have room for at risk dogs and cats?? Is transport an option? Small animal control facilities don't have a budget for this type of expenditure. I know that programs exist to help animal control facilities to incorporate Doggy Day Out and more available hours for potential adoptees. Yet the majority prefer a short intake and then death for perfectly adoptable companion animals. I am already at critically high stress. I am empty. Yet, I can't turn away. My besties send check in messages when all I do is repost. I was going offline. I have another major crisis because I have to vacate where I live on August 31st.

Loving Paws 501c3 Non-profit I do. 5500 killed daily in 2022 (cats and dogs in US/Cdn. shelters). 7400 killed daily today. 9000+ killed daily in 2025. The current animal rescue model is not working. This will not get better. Donations will continue to decline in this new, permanent, GLOBAL economy. Plus any rescue's followers follow 20 other rescues ALL asking for their money. We need to adapt... now. Reach out. I can help (with the ONLY COLLECTIVE PLAN) to end the killings, empty shelters AND SAVE the 100 MILLION ferals cats suffering in the US alone, today.

They need to stop the kill shelters. Speak to your local media. Let more Americans know what is going on in these slaughterhouses
