Fantastic debate hosted by Lowell's RISE Gender Network this morning, asking the question can women really have it all? Some of our female leaders gave their thoughts, experiences, and strategies on navigating the complex intersection of work and life. We heard lots of varied opinions in the room, which proved to be a great debate. Would love to hear your thoughts in the comments! I don’t have kids so I think I have the lifestyle I want…there are always choices you make that impact other desires but that’s just life.
I believe in 'you can have it all, but not at the same time' :)
Looking forward to this debate 🙌🏼

2moYes is the simple answer. There shouldn’t be a difference between what men and women do in terms of career and home time. Questioning the status quo and pushing back on societal pressures is key. Driving & influencing positive change is the only way to achieve true equality.
