We work together, I keep them apprised of what’s happening, and we lean on each other through difficult times. It does not matter what their expertise is in. It only matters they are loyal and share values. Build your team and keep them close, no matter how difficult the journey may be.

Please don't hop on another shiny object. It won't work. I see so many ECOM brands trying to fix problems by trying new channels and hoping it will work because they see everyone is doing it. Normally: - They don't have all the real data on how it performs - It spreads their focus so they are slower - They underestimate how much effort it will take from the team, time and money side My suggestion 💡 Focus on one thing at a time. Make one thing work, then expand. Not 10 things at the same time. Step by step. One by one. Thank me later. 🤝 Have a good weekend.
