TEAM WORK IS A WEAPON. I do believe that every company has its own strategy to achieve goals. During my working experience, having a solid team is a powerful thing. By that, we work together and do not judge people's different perspectives. With a solid team, the difficult things at work will be solved and we could learn something new in achieving the company's target.
