🌧️ It’s Blue Monday, often considered the saddest day of the year but here’s some of the things we do to prioritise our mental health and self-care! 1. Go for an early morning run in Cardiff’s beautiful countryside for a clear headspace 2. Take our office pup for a lunchtime stroll to enjoy a break from screen time 3. Buy a bunch of tulips to add some colour and happiness 4. Get out of the office for a lunchtime run to feel energised 5. Enjoy an after work tipple with friends 6. Book a trip to Poland as something to look forward to later in the month 7. Enjoy a quick swim after work 8. Take a cute four legged friend for a walk 9. A weights session at the gym to refocus 10. A long countryside walk to enjoy some fresh air Whilst Blue Monday may focus on beating the blues for just one day, it serves as an important reminder to prioritise our mental health, reach out and practice self care!
