✨2/6 Weeks into My Summer Internship @SRSO in the HR department 👩💻 These past weeks have been incredibly enriching, and I'm excited to highlight some key learnings and achievements so far: 1) Recruitment insights: I've had the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings. It's been eye-opening to witness firsthand how critical talent acquisition is to organizational success. 2) Employee Filing Mastery: Organizing and managing employee records might sound mundane, but it's a crucial aspect of HR operations. I've learned the importance of accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining these records. 3) Orientation Excellence: Guiding new hires through their onboarding journey has been incredibly rewarding. I've learned how a well-structured orientation program sets the tone for employee engagement and productivity. 4) Employee Performance Evaluation Process: Evaluating employee performance requires a balanced approach of metrics and qualitative assessments. This experience has deepened my understanding of how performance reviews contribute to individual growth and organizational development. 5) Enhanced Communication Skills: Effective communication is the backbone of any workplace. Through daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders, I've honed my ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally in a corporate environment. What's that one thing you are good at? That one thing can be the foundation of your skills, interests, and career. Back in 2016 During my internship in HR operations, our first assignment was to highlight the 10 important sections of the employee file that could give us a brief idea of the employee's profile and work history. Our manager gave us the employee file, and we, a group of 5 interns, took the papers, went through the file, and got started. After completing the assignment, our manager appreciated my work. It was during this experience that I realized I am good at observation. Before writing this post I was closely observing the profile of my client who has booked a call with me ''He wants me to handle his LinkedIn Profile'' Wish me Luck 💜 P.S.
