📊 Working together to make the most of 'big data'. On 24 September, Owen Davies, our Data and Intelligence Manager, will be speaking at the Big Data Event run by the National Data Resource and Life Sciences Hub Wales. The event is all about the challenges and opportunities with big data, and it'll focus on collaboration. Ahead of the event, Owen has written a blog for our Insight Collective website about how we can use big data to its full potential in social care. 🗣 "Our challenges with data are pretty much universal, no matter where in the public sector we sit. We have spent the last 5 years (and more individually) thinking about this. Devising ways of collecting people's stories of progression against their personal goals (bottom up) with the ability to tag these against standardised outcome measures (top down). This for us is the holy grail.
