#dELISA™ provides users with ultra sensitive detection technology.The preliminary sample preparation work of this technology platform is similar to traditional immune detection methods, and users can easily get started. The magnetic bead based detection method greatly improves the efficiency of antigen binding,making the cleaning steps simple and efficient. After loading on the instrument, automatically detection process strats to generate micro droplets, which could wrapped in the magnetic beads and antigen antibody complexes with a property volume. At the same time, the signal is locked in the micro droplets. After signal amplification, the effective signal is enhanced by at least 100000 times, and only one protein molecule is suficient to obtain the effective signal.
