Congrats to October's LSS Spirit of Excellence winner, Ed Wilson, a community manager in LSS Affordable Housing! Ed received the award for his high level of performance. His nomination also came with 46 notes of support from the residents at his building!

LSS Faith Mission of Fairfield County Outreach Specialist Tim Hubbell was recently honored by Fairfield County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board as a recipient of the Friends of ADAMH award. Tim was nominated and selected for his dedication and service to people experiencing homelessness in Fairfield County. Congrats!

Congrats to Tysann Bowman, patient engagement manager at the LSS Health Center, on receiving the March LSS Spirit of Excellence award! She received this for her high level of performance.

We're hiring! LSS CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence has an immediate opening for a full-time, onsite crisis counselor. The ideal candidate should have experience and a passion for conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention and care for adults entering a domestic violence shelter. An LISW and two years’ experience in a social service setting is required, and a master’s degree in social work is preferred.
