After facing bankruptcy in 2013, the company sold its 278,020-square-foot plant at 1100 Stearns Drive in Sauk Rapids for $7.75 million, transitioning towards a new era while staying on as a tenant. 🌱
I remember when Creative Memories was at its peak with 1,100 employees and $400 million in revenue in 2009. Fast forward to today, the scaled-down CM Group Holdings Inc., with fewer than 100 employees, is proving its resilience.
This transaction, managed by Colliers' team, marks another step for Creative Memories to focus on its core business while optimizing its real estate assets.
