Empowering working women to beat stress & anxiety so they can thrive to be their best-self. | From overwhelmed and helpless to energised and resilient.

Did you know that 15% of the world has a disability, 285 million people of all ages are visually impaired, 466 million people have disabling hearing loss, 1-3% has an intellectual disability, as many as 200 million people and approximately 18.5 million people (about the population of New York) have speech, voice, or language disorder, according to 2021 MAGNA global Digital Accessibility inclusion report.   As a Kenvue Impact Network, Diverse Ability Advancement (DAA) want to highlight how important it is to embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through the lens of accessibility; Many of us are unable to participate in aspects of society because we use our own abilities as a baseline; The humanity make things that are easy for some people to use but difficult for everyone else; understanding why and how people are excluded gives us actionable steps to take towards inclusive development in both physical and digital spaces.   At Kenvue, we are embracing digital and physical accessibility, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence that reflects the diversity of our stakeholders and the markets we serve, align with our committed to create a more inclusive and accessible world for everyone.   #WeAreKenvue; #GAAD
