Last week, the Lyft Policy team attended the Social Innovation Summit where our very own Heather Foster, Lyft's Senior Director of Federal & International Public Policy, spoke on a panel on Civic Engagement and Democracy alongside NFL player and activist Eric Reid and President and CEO of Planned Parenthood, Alexis McGill Johnson. We love seeing our team members exemplify Lyft's values and leadership in key spaces ⭐️
Lyft is really leading the way in the civic engagement space - love to see it!
Women should be involved in many conversations, such as working with schools to get help for kids expierencing any number of identifiable life events. Help school administrators with finding ways to get them back and forth from appoontments. Young people need help more than they know, being aware of bad attitudes may prevent kids from acting out. Has a school employee gone out of their way to help with school activities, then offer them a ride for there helpful services. Families dealing with life events, Lyft can get things over to a loved ones home, so many ways, Lyft is seriously more than just a Lyft!
Would have been even better if you didn’t block me from shipping woman-driver-mode years prior to when you shipped it and then laid me off during the pandemic 😷
For a company with no moral compass whatsoever, I am curious as to what you consider your values to be. You have been ordered to reclassify drivers as employees. What seems to be the problem? Why do you constantly disregard the law to avoid paying your drivers? How do you plan to pay them for over 10 years of misclassification???
If you ever need entertainment for a Lyft event in the Detroit market, this 10 year/5 Star driver is here for ya.
Thanks Lyft...I worked more than 2 hours today and earned $17.59...THANKS I have over 1500 rides and a rating of 5.0...
