My journey with IKEA Indonesia has come to an end, and I'm deeply grateful for the growth and learning opportunities.
Working at IKEA has been a dream of mine since they first opened in Alam Sutera, Tangerang. That dream came true (Alhamdulillah), and over the past two and a half years, I've had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I am now affected by the recent layoffs.
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work at IKEA. I've been part of fantastic projects, gained invaluable experiences, and collaborated with many talented individuals who have helped me grow and learn so much.
During my time at IKEA Indonesia, I worked on a transformative project to enhance dashboard analytics, optimizing data visualization tools across various functions, from customer behavioural to sales, service, logistics, and loyalty programs.
I also helped the implementation of Dynamics NAV as an ERP System for all IKEA stores.
The most exciting one is to have been involved in establishing an IKEA warehouse as the second central fulfillment and replenishment unit for eastern Indonesia, expanding IKEA's operational reach and improving user satisfaction.
Now, I'm open to new opportunities and collaborations to other business or startup grow on digital product. Connect and contact me if you have an opportunity with:
