Panattoni is to build a new 28,000-square-meter industrial park in the Mazovia region of Poland. The development of Panattoni Park Sochaczew will commence in the first quarter of 2025 with the first tenant – automotive-glass manufacturer Pilkington Automotive Poland – scheduled to move in by November of that year.

From Bratislava, through Závažná Poruba, to Košice – in the final quarter of the year, we completed three unique construction projects, showcasing our ability to deliver results across every corner of Slovakia. Each project was distinct and came with its challenges: 🔹 The expansion of Aupark in Bratislava, focusing on sustainable “green” solutions. 🔹 The construction of a new production hall in Závažná Poruba for a global furniture leader – was completed one month ahead of schedule. 🔹 The realization of a production hall for MINEBEA ACCESS SOLUTIONS in Košice, carried out while the facility remained fully operational.
