I've had a fantastic few days celebrating a big birthday this week! Reflecting on the past year, which has been both personally and professionally challenging, has given me the chance to pause and think as I embark on a new decade. This milestone in my life has made me appreciate the journey of my consultancy business, which is celebrating its 6th anniversary this year. Over these years, there have been highs and lows and I’ve learned a lot. Today, I'm fortunate to work with wonderful clients, explore new ventures and continuously develop my business development and marketing skills. Milestones in life and work are essential markers of progress and achievement. They signify personal growth, transitions and collective accomplishments. As with any marketing strategy, each stage of growth, whether small or large, should be noted and celebrated, indicating progression, company growth and team achievements. This, in turn, boosts motivation and morale. As I move forward, I am excited about the new opportunities and challenges ahead.
