🔥 Hot take: we'd love to see consumers start to move away from the "high THC" fallacy and toward a better understanding of whole plant benefits. Our novel research, leveraging electroencephalogram (EEG) technology, demonstrates that full spectrum #cannabis can deliver faster onset and more than twice the psychoactive effects when compared to distillate products. One of the most important responsibilities we all have as brands and operators in the cannabis space is consumer education, ultimately supporting both purchasing and consumption decisions. This study, in partnership with our friends at Zentrela Inc., aims to be a step forward in that journey. Thanks Andrew DeAngelo for your thoughtful take on the "entourage effect" and perspectives on cannabis potency.

Entourage effect for the win! Something we recently learned: linalool, ocimene, and terpineol add to THC potency, while limonene, borneol, and sabinene multiply it :D

My take has always been that producers pay taxes based on mg/THC, so it would only make sense they wouldn't want flower that tests above 20% for max ROI. There are many companies that depend on always having "custies" who won't bat an eye at an 80.00 eighth; those companies will be the first to drop.
