Last week, Madewell's Family Associate Interest Group (AIG), in partnership with our Benefits team hosted the webinar, ‘Are the Kids Alright? An Update on the State of Emergency of Pediatric Mental Health.’ Mental health is a topic we often hear about when it comes to adults, couples, emergency workers, and individuals who have experienced distressing events in their lives. However, the mental health of children and teenagers is often overlooked and under-discussed, which is why we brought in medical professionals Dr. Molly McNairy and Dr. Allison Baker to address these topics. McNairy and Baker discussed with our Associates about ongoing mental health issues, stigma, and symptoms, while also providing information and resources to support the mental health of young people.
