Something that we don’t shout about enough, but a huge part of what we do. Event Management is how Salone Events begun and our key area of expertise, hence why our Track Days are well organised! We help many companies and charities organise, project manage and deliver a range of events - some are motorsport related and some are not. Unfortunately a lot of them we can’t talk about, which is why you don’t see much social media promo about it. So, if you have a company that needs some support with events, you know where to find us! https://lnkd.in/ezxNBRAf #eventmanagement #events #eventmanager #salesincentive #hospitality #corporate #corporateevent #charityevent

Seems like event season is in full swing now. Here's how one nonprofit collected 240 video and photo testimonies during their fundraiser event. Now that spring hit and I'm seeing nonprofits leaders pulled between all the components that hosting an event entails, it's definitely taking me back. The pre-planning. Building an agenda. Sponsorship outreach. Updating the event website. Creating marketing materials. Selling tickets. Hosting the actual event. Raising money during the live auction or donation campaign. And then trying to showcase the event impact after it all wraps. I remember the energy I got from the thrill of all that, that but also the exhaustion. I also recall how often I lamented that the whirlwind of activity made it so easy for our team to overlook collecting photos and videos taken by attendees. We knew people were using their devices to capture photos but we frequently missed out on that lost marketing collateral to show a highlight reel or use for future promotion. That's definitely one of the reasons why I love this effort by Wounded Warrior Homes during their golf event last year. They seamlessly collect content on the spot, and there's definitely something to be said for doing it real time the day of versus trying to collect after the fact. Here's how they did it: 1. Collect Designated 2 volunteers to be their content collection champions. They were stationed at check-in and at one of the holes and asked golfers why the cause was important to them. They were able to collect 240 photos and videos during the day from attendees. 2. Organize The photos pushed into their story bank and then directly into Canva. This made it super easy for their team to access the content instantaneously. 3. Share The sharing is the best part. The event wrapped up with a reception and silent auction. During this they played a slideshow of all the photos and videos collected earlier in the day. They quickly made it in Canva and displayed on their big screen during dinner and cocktail hour. Now it lives on their website in promotion of the 2024 golf outing. Here's the full story: https://lnkd.in/g_4fQYSd #events #nonprofitevents #fundraising

Any cyclists in the house? I'm properly, genuinely excited about the Box Hill Super Climb, the new challenge event we're launching at Sense. Basically, the roads of Box Hill in Surrey are gonna be closed for the day and the challenge is to cycle up and down as many times as you think possible. Why am I excited? 1. It's novel – nothing like it exists out there in the fundraising landscape. Things that are out of the ordinary are more interesting to market. 2. It's got a super focussed audience – I think often about how charities have a hard time defining specific audiences. This bucks that trend. Having a properly defined audience and knowing them in great detail makes choosing creative and channels way more straightforward. 3. It's exclusive – the roads on Box Hill aren't often closed, so we're giving people something they can't easily get elsewhere. Plus, this is just for Sense supporters. In a crowded challenge event market, standing out and offering something special is the only way to succeed. Interested in signing up? DM me for the link and I'll give you a code for 25% off.

📣Nonprofit leaders! Raise more money through special events and create repeat donors from those events. During this half-day workshop, you’ll learn how to create, plan, and organize your event so that you’ll raise more money💸, add new donors to your donor list that will continue to give after the event, and identify people who will become ambassadors for your organization. You’ll also learn how to make the events easier for you and your team so you’re not working yourself to death before, during and after the event. I’ve compiled everything I’ve learned about event fundraising during my thirty years as a nonprofit fundraiser and CEO and I’ll share my secrets with you. My process works with any type of event because I’ve done them all: simple luncheons to extravagant galas, golf tournaments, canister campaigns, festivals & expos, trade shows, runs, walks, and everything in between. We’ll cover everything from the idea to the execution of event and beyond. This won’t be just me and PowerPoint telling you what to do. You’ll have time to actually work on your event and come away with a solid plan to implement an amazingly successful event. The best part is your investment is only $75 and three hours of your time! Additional people from the same organization are only $65 (limit of 2 extra people). Click here for the all the details and to reserve your space. https://zurl.co/Kvgg

How do we do it? Firemakers offers retreats, celebrations, festivals, gatherings, men's circles and more. All of these events are organised professionally and offer profound experiences and deep healing to all participants. And we do it for a price you wouldn't believe possible. How do we do it? First of all you need to understand that Firemakers is a foundation without any aim for profit or personal financial gain. None of our events and activities are offered because we have to make a living out of it. That is not who we are. Who are we then? Firemakers consists of a group of professionals who offer their talent and wisdom as an act of selfless service. A service to the community: for by supporting men in their growth we help the world to better fathers, better sons, better partners and better leaders. Therefore we are able to offer you our events at cost price or less, or even for free. A weekend gathering for only €88 seems impossible, a three-and-a-half day festival for €135 out of this world. As a foundation we also receive donations. With these donations we are able to set up more activities, buy tickets for men who are financial less fortunate, and pay for teachers with expertise beyond our team. This way we can provide the abundance we have brought for so many years and ensure we can bring it for even more years to come. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to ask. Hey there, can you believe it's the month of love? That's right, February is here! And you know what that means - time to start revving up and planning for your summer fundraiser! While spring and fall usually hog the fundraising limelight, summer brings its own shiny fundraising treasures. Here are just a few reasons why I love summer fundraising events. Sun-Kissed Fun: Summer calls for outdoor events and the themes are ENDLESS! Embrace the sunny vibes to create unforgettable moments for your supporters! Vacation Feels: Summer time gives off a chill and giving vibe which makes it the perfect time to tap into your guests generous spirit. Sure, people might head out of town for vacations, like they do throughout the entire year, but hosting a Wednesday or Thursday evening event lets people support your cause mid-week and travel over an extended weekend. Less competition from other non profits who are all vying for those March, April, September, and October prime fundraising dates! It’s true, the competition is fierce during spring and fall fundraising season AND venues might be booked solid. Switching to a summer event opens up your choice of dates AND choice of venues. My favorite reason. Endless Sunshine. With longer days, you’ve got extra hours to host your events and connect with your guests. Darn near everyone loves that it’s light out past 8:00pm. If you LOVE a spring or fall fundraiser that’s AWESOME, but don’t discount the possibility of hosting a glorious summer fundraising event. It might just be the right vibe for your event and your guests! #summertime #fundraising #nonprofitfundraising #emcee #auctioneer #partnerinfundraising #nonprofit #femcee
