Our Global Research Manager, Metallurgy, Chris Greet, is presenting at the prestigious Delprat Distinguished Lecture Series, organized by the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy in honor of Guillaume Delprat. Delprat, along with Charles Potter, developed the first industrial froth flotation process in 1904 in Broken Hill to overcome the sulphide problem experienced at the BHP mines. Chris has already delivered two insightful lectures: ✨ Brisbane - July 3rd ✨ Mount Isa - July 4th With eight more to go, we’re thrilled to support Chris as he shares his expertise across Australia. 📅 Save the date for the next one: Friday, September 13, 2024, in Burnie, TAS. ➡ Check out the abstract for his next lecture: https://lnkd.in/gVNde8RE #DelpratLectureSeries #AusIMM #KnowledgeSharing #MineralProcessing #Magotteaux

Good one Chris. Keep on sharing minerals processing fundamentals and developments. Cheers 🥂

Great to be there at the Brisbane presentation. I hope the rest of the tour goes just as well, Chris! It is excellent to hear your insights and experiences - and to know that sometimes, apart from a thorough approach, persistence can be the most important ingredient to success!
