Making that first step is super important Mahamed Ahmed In the past I have reached out to my friends who I felt were retreating and not acting like themselves and being a keen listener really helps them express themselves more. A lot of us just want to be seen and heard so this could be the most essential. I also challenge men to go beyond patriarchal and misogynistic beliefs about their mental health because this is a big issue that blocks men from actually receiving help. I pray this gets better with time as we are moving into a generation of vulnerability
