You become qualified to do a job 6 months after you get hired, not before. You become qualified into Marketingand Branding after you get a few clients, not before. The only way to get experience is to be inexperienced and try anyway. Make an attempt. I didn't "feel ready" as a: 1. Marketer until I was about 6 months into it. 2. Content creator until I was about 6 months into it. 3. Business owner until I was about 6 months into it. Don't try to feel ready, then start.
I have a personal rule that I always try to do something 100 times before even thinking of stopping it. -write 100 posts -try a 100 times … If you haven’t tried long enough you can’t have any opinion on what you’re doing.
Everyone develops FLOW after about 1,000 hours on the job. About 6 months of doing a routine daily and it’s routine, no need to even concentrate, it’s muscle memory. Can’t cook a Burger to Medoum to save your life? Cook a medium burger everyday for six months, you’ll be able to this in your sleep.
Preach. I have more confidence I can learn a new job than the person currently doing it has confidence in themselves to do it.

4moTraining is supposed to fill the gap between education and the work place. But it costs some money to do that and most employers are never willing to do that. They don't see it's an investment on the input on their part where they can get the skilled employees they want. If the employees have the skills, they would obviously be more efficient, effective, and productive. The same can work as well if you're doing your own thing too. A good, strong point you make there as well, Mahek.
