‘ I don’t have time to exercise Kerrie I have kids.’ Cool me too. Stop using them as an excuse as to why you stay how you are. Instead use them as fuel to change. They love it when I train either try & bundle me or copy the exercise themselves. You DO have time. You just haven’t made it a priority ( yet ) When you realise you don’t need hours you get it done when you can. It doesn’t matter the time of day. What’s best for you. I have 20- 30 minute windows & I like that because it means I get it done with no faffing. Schedule your workouts like you would your meetings. Show up. That’s where you make the progress.
