So in the previous chapters, we’ve extensively covered how requirements are to be articulated and a product backlog is built. In order to start and complete the project, it is important to estimate the scope to give stakeholders a picture of the timeline by when the feature(s) would be developed and released. But how would a team estimate without thoroughly understanding every feature and it’s corelated Backlog Item? Here’s where Product Backlog Grooming or Backlog Refinement is used. In today’s chapter we will understand what is product backlog grooming and how is the product backlog prioritized. #productmanagement
